Bold by design.

In this campaign for Reese’s Puffs, we joined forces with director Dave Maruchniak to bring the cereal’s bold personality to life through stylized animation, rich surface detail, and a rhythm-driven visual flow.

We were responsible for crafting every CG element: from the signature puffs themselves to the glossy chocolate swirls, creamy peanut butter, and the punchy transitions that tie everything together. The challenge was to build a visual world that felt both delicious and design-forward, equal parts edible and iconic.

The animation leans into strong graphic timing and repetition, with cereal pieces dropping, bouncing, orbiting, and even forming hypnotic grids. Everything is rendered with crisp texture and bold lighting, while the saturated orange palette and type-driven end lock-up give the spot its unmistakable tone.

A playful, high-impact visual system where taste meets attitude.

Among other things, we built a series of seamless loops inspired by the oddly satisfying clips that keep people watching: cereal pieces falling into place, repeating patterns, and textures moving in hypnotic cycles. These moments became small visual playgrounds within the film, designed to be satisfying in their own right while staying connected to the overall rhythm of the campaign.
The result is a piece that balances the precision of graphic design with the tactile appeal of food, turning familiar Reese’s Puffs elements into something you could almost keep watching on repeat.
